Random Thoughts 
I’m not sure it will be completed offered.
Indeed I assume there will still something to pay a few bucks/euros.
Meanwhile, AdSense for mobile is already there so may be the communications will be less expensive.
Of course this (smart)phone should propose the main google services such as Blogger (post from phone), Gmail, Google Talk, Google maps, etc.
